    Seniors, if you need a copy of your second semester schedule, please stop by W302 guidance office today any time after 9:00am.

    Attention Highlights Staff:  There will be an important meeting today, 9th period in the Writing Center.  Please let Mr. Nelson or Mr. Leach know if you are unable to make it.

    Attention Chamber of Commerce Students:  Congratulations on your acceptance into the Youth Leadership Development Program. Please be prepared for our first meeting this Saturday on January 19th from 12-2 in the Internship and Career Center, Main 114

    TSTT Students:  We are having a meeting today, 9th period in E009!  Please attend.

    Attention Pratt Students:  The time is almost here to start your Pratt internship.  Your first meeting will be Monday, January 28th. For more information please come to Main 114.

    This an important reminder for all students taking tests next week:  Electronic devices are not allowed into the testing room during Regents Exams. Electronic devices include, but are not limited to, cell phones, smart watches, fit bits etc...  These items will be collected prior to a student entering an exam room.  The administration recommends students leave these items at home.

    Attention Seniors.  Nominations for May Day King, Queen and Court will take place Tuesday, January 29th through February 1st.  Any senior can nominate any other senior.  Nomination boxes and forms will be available in Ms. Sellitti's office.

    Attention anyone interested in the Teen Dating Violence Contest, or anyone that has picked up an entry packet---THE CONTEST DEADLINE HAS CHANGED TO March 22nd.  The teen dating mixed media contest deadline is also March 22, 2019. Anyone interested in a contest entry, p

    Starting this week, athletes not currently playing a winter sport can workout at the Field House Fitness Center Weight Room, Monday-Friday from 3-5 pm. A staff member will be present to train and supervise athletes.  Signups will be on a daily basis in the Fitness Center.  Any question, please see the Athletic Director in the Carnegie Building.

    Spring sports tryout signup sheets are in the pool lobby. Please sign up if you are interested in trying out for a spring sport.


    With the prediction of snow this weekend and regents next, why not make plans to meet up with your friends for a short stack breakfast? Support Kingston Softball and come to Applebee's Saturday, January 26th, from 8:00-10:00am.  The cost is $10 and there will be great raffle prizes, a 50-50 drawing and more.  Please contact Coach Naccarato, Coach DeMercurio or any softball player for tickets!

    There will be a class of 2020 meeting today, 9th period in E105. 

    ***KHS will be offering the ASVAB exam on January 24th in the afternoon for students in grades 10- 12 wishing to take advantage of this career exploration assessment.  Students thinking about the military should plan on taking this if they haven't already, but everyone should know that the results are not shared with recruiters unless you choose to do so.  For more information or to sign up for the exam, please see your guidance counselor.
